"There isn’t a bus stop near by so you would need Uber,Lyft, or bike to get around unless you wanted to walk 30 mins to the bus stop. The manager Kelsey is very sweet and helpful"

"You go months without maintenence ever even replying to you. They also apparently forgot to turn my water back on when repairing an apartment down stairs. I went 1 month without water. Due to simply maintenance not coming per usual and yes their mailbox is always full 1000% of the time. So people like me who travel for work can NEVER get ahold of them. Do not move here it will be your biggest regret."

"The communication between office management and tenants is HORRIBLE!! You can’t get anybody on the phone and the mailbox is ALWAYS full. The pool on our property has not opened for the summer with no updates as to when that might happen. We’re being told they’re waiting on authorization but from who and why? If there are delays, be transparent and communicate that efficiently to the tenants. The public pools opened in May and we are now going on in to July with no pools for our kids to enjoy. It’s really a shame. Other than the pool, they flat out do not fulfill maintenance requests as I have personally put in the same several request multiple times to no avail. Do not move here. Edited review… ONE YEAR LATER AND THE ISSUES ARE THE EXACT SAME AS THEY HAVE BEEN FROM DAY ONE. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS IT IS YOUR ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT. THE POOL STILLLLLLLLL ISNT OPEN. ITS COMICAL AT THIS POINT. THE WHOLE APARTMENT IS FALLING TO HELL AND NODY TRULY CARES IN THAT OFFICE OR WITH HICKORY LAKE PERIOD. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. IF I COULD GIVE -10 STARS I WOULD"
