"So far, so good. I've only been here a week. I just wish there was a sidewalk or some kind of pavement, to my apartment, on the side with the ground level, where my guess have to enter. It's so muddy when it rains. That's the only down fall. Otherwise, I love it here. Maintenance was great, fixed my issue in a matter of hours from my request."
"Marie was probably the best leasing agent I’ve ever encountered! She almost sold me immediately on the apartment. The spaces were clean, refreshed, and absolutely beautiful!"
"When I say I LOVE IT here, I mean I LOVE IT! I have lived here for 24 months and there has not been a day that I couldn't walk in the office and see Marie's smiling face, ready to fix whatever issue I am having! The maintenance staff here is also AMAZING! Dre and Jose are my favorites! Every maintenance request has been fixed within 24 hours of me putting it into the portal. If you need a new apartment...YOU HAVE FOUND IT!! AFFORDABLE TOO! Go check it out, see MARIE! You will not regret it! Signing my third lease in a couple days!!!"
"Don’t do it. Summary of my review, don’t do it. We moved here from out of state so we had to do a virtual tour of the apartment. They went to a unit they had just redone to show us the new paint, appliances, and layout of that apartment. Completely different from what we got. Upon move in day there were numerous issues I brought up which still haven’t been fixed or even attempted to be remedied. -vents have dust build up from years -doors weren’t sanded so they cut your hands and don’t fit correctly - vent covers are broken so you can’t adjust where air is blowing or close vents - porch door doesn’t fit correctly - trash can they give you to be picked up has very specific rules and is extremely small even for just two people -car breaks down? Car dirty and you want to wash it? Too bad, they’d rather you tow your car off the lot for a nail in your tire than repair it or wash your car -toilet has broken twice in less than 3 months - like to shower? I hope you like your fire alarm going off any time you shower due to the placement of the alarm right outside your shower - new microwave, already sounds like it’s grinding gears to spin - gym they post pictures to show off, awful equipment and keep the room hot -pool is just an average pool nothing good or bad except the hours are very limited -Cracked paint in walls -shower wall cracking -floor has uneven and bubbling parts in it - gate to get into the neighborhood is constantly breaking and causing back ups to get home - road to get into the complex is severely in need of a stop light so I hope you don’t have to get anywhere quickly because a 15 minute drive just turned to 30-45 minutes - trash service they make you pay for, half the time doesn’t even pick up the trash - $100-$150 a month for water for two people because the complex shares water so they split it to each apartment so if others use a lot, you suffer - you can hear gunshots from apartments down the road if that thing bothers you - overcharges for rent and to keep it cool in the apartment you’re looking at $200 a month on top of it - poor soundproofing -dangerous for kids trying to get to school - office is some of the most fake and inconsiderate people you’ll meet. They will smile in your face while they screw you over. I worked in car sales and they are way shadier than anyone I ever worked with The only good thing about this place is their maintenance crew. They are super friendly and they are the only thing about this place worth talking about. For $1600 a month go somewhere worth living because this two bedroom two bath is not worth $1000 a month to deal with all the issues you’ll have here"
