"The management sucks the manager is a young lady that don't want to corporate with anyone most of the residents don't like her at all, they need to get a new manager that is people friendly !!!"

"My friend lives in these apartments and she is terrified when coming and going.She has been harassed and bullied. There's an ongoing roach issue. She does not receive her mail there or do her laundry out of fear. She has also had things stolen from her while on the elevator. It's really sad that she can't feel safe.. A year later, It's 90 degrees in my friend's apartment. She is 77 years old and has health issues. The air conditioner never works right..This is the second year she has literally roasted in that place."

"Great security, loving, peaceful staff and neighbors. ☺ Also, very diverse community. Excellent service coordinator and management. ☺️"

"Staff has been kind, and only stop by to spray for bugs, the walls are a bit thin so it gets kinda smelly in the hallways sometimes that's the only real gripe with the place, there are disposable trashcans on every floor so you don't have to go out to the dumpster at night/day. There is construction going on currently but it is not the fault of the apartments, so it may be somewhat startling. The neighborhood is in-between good and bad parts of town so take it how it is, but you do require a key card to enter the building so that's a plus. Top floor scenes of the city are beautiful! :) Hope this review help, I am currently a resident here."
