"Kids run and wild, busting cars, harassing traffic by standing in the way, banging on doors and windows all hours of the night, broken glass and trash every where. Running on roofs and destroying construction supplies and the management can't do anything."

The apartments are older apartments, but maintenance does a good job in keeping them maintained. They are in a good location close to downtown."
