"I live here now... I have lived here for close to 3 years. Since I have been here is has change "management" & "property" owners. Nothing is ever done over here until it gets really bad, pipes bust, old apartment covered with new paint & carpet. The pool has never been opened and when it was it never FILTERED properly. My apartment is uneven as far as the floor goes and I pay more than $1650.00! This apartment company also owns "Mosaic Apartment" as well which were in the news before for poor management. I have videos of others living in moldy apartments in this community! The reviews about Francois (he was stealing money) so they fired that management company. Now the property is managed by A&M Management."

"Would not recommend moving here unless u want your car broken into and car window busted also. Office never answers their phone and when they do most of the time they have terrible attitude. My ac has gone out at least 5 times this year and it takes them forever to fix it. Not to mention the complete rude neighbors we have. To make things even better there’s homeless people who will sleep in the hallway. Just don’t move here it’s not worth the money and definitely not worth the stress I’m just counting down the days till I move in October"

"Francois and his beard have really been a major help in my moving process from out of state. I'm a meticulous planner and he has kept me up to date via email and phone while the units were being renovated this summer. Due to my work schedule and not being local, I've had to conduct most of my apartment hunt remotely and Francois has answered every small question I've had, put up with my constant nagging, and sent me all the photos and references I've asked for and then some. It's been a great help and smooth experience."
