"I had good time of living in this apartment community for approximately one year. During my stay, Luz, the manager, promptly addressing my emails and fulfilling my requests. The apartments themselves are pretty good quality, Moreover, the rental prices offered here are one of the most competitive in the entire region. The community atmosphere is also quite pleasant, fostering a positive and welcoming environment for residents."

"I moved here in 2018,,,,the unit in building E was advertised as being remodeled. I toured the apartment and remodeling process was still ongoing so I paid the 1st month rent and deposit and was told the unit would be ready in 30 days. 30 days later I picked up the keys and I moved in a unit with NO HOT WATER, Dishwasher not even hooked up, patio door work not lock, spiders EVERYWHERE, bathroom roof leaking from the unit above, toilets backing up from other apartments, air conditioning not working and cable wires hanging in front of the front door where they were still hanging when I moved 9 months later. The cable outlets and wires had been ripped from the walls and I guess from the remodel but never replaced. I had to pay Comcast to install new wiring. Lastly the pest control company was reporting they came in and sprayed for the spiders but I worked from home they NEVER SHOWED UP. We were being charged sn automatic $3.00 per month for pest control NOT TO EVEN DHOW UP. A regional manager came to my unit and heard my complaints and STILL NOTHING WAS FIXED. I found one of the maintenance workers and paid him 50 bucks to hook the dishwasher up and get the hot water working. The racks in the laundry area kept falling out off the walls so my. Clothes would be on the floor"

"Would not ever recommend someone live here! We've had problems with the office from the start. Calling them is the only way to put in a maintenance request and they NEVER answer and NEVER call you back. The only way to see them is to go to the office which they keep locked and refuse to open unless you made an appointment with them, which is impossible to do since they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. The floor is uneven and warped and getting WORSE, we moved in with a baseball sized hole in the wall that was never fixed, and flooding from the upstairs apt bathroom started DAY ONE. We've had CONSTANT problems with the combination Washer/Dryer in the unit. Additionally, we installed a camera pointed at the front door for when maintenance decided they wanted to invite themselves in when no one was home!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!"

"Just moved in a week ago and signed my lease before I saw the place because I needed to move ASAP. Apartment was completely renovated. Moved in a week early to clean but the place was basically spotless. Haven’t see a bug. The entire two bedroom two bath was renovated. The issues that I had when I moved in was completely resolved within 24 hours so I love the maintenance team already. Love the leasing team. Parking is decent. I really can’t complain about this place because I love the location and being central to everything. 14 minutes to downtown and right off an exit. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap but still comfortable, you should consider this place."
