"It used to be a good place to live but now not so. Loud cars are always driving too fast through the parking lot. Robert Coleman, the owner, refuses to repair the security gates so now the lot has become a hangout for non-residents. As the photo shows the gate has been held up with a piece of wire for at least a year. I have had many things stolen from my work trucks."

"I've had friends who lived here for years before I moved into my own apartment here. I loved what i saw before I moved in, and my opinion hasn't changed. They're a bit outdated but that doesn't bother me. The manager Nikki is the best manager I've ever had. She's reliable, kind, and competent. I've never known my neighbors before but I knew a few of them here. As a single female I've never felt unsafe. A lot of families also live here and I see them taking walks and playing outside. It isn't too loud, nor have I had to worry about roaches or brown recluse spiders. I will be moving from my apartment to one of their townhouses and I'm excited. This place is worth the money. It's a gem."
