Both Reggie and Paprika respond and communicate efficiently and thoroughly, all while being incredibly friendly and helpful. We can’t thank them enough for making our time at the Flats so wonderful."

"This place is located in the ideal location, rates are reasonable compared to other locations in the vicinity, and the staff here are great. Reggie goes above and beyond to keep his residents happy, and Paprika keeps everyone well informed regarding upcoming initiatives, celebrations, and promotions in the community. "Bethany and Paprika have been wonderful! I moved in to the flats about 2 months ago. So far, the management team has been very responsive. The area is quiet, clean and safe. The maintenance professional is wonderful. So happy we chose here to live!"

"Terrible experience upon leaving the Flats. The Office Manager, Paprika, originally gave me a bill for multiple services including cleaning, carpet cleaning, repairs, etc. When questioned about these service charges being the responsibility of the Management Company, she removed all the charges and added an unrelated service (Painting). She gave the appearance that they are willing to charge whatever they can get away with from the tenant. She also charged us for a car spot that wasn't used for the final 2 months of the lease. When challenged on this (with proof from the bill), she was unable to understand how the charge was added but refused to remove it. She then sent a ledger that showed a $0.00 balance on my account but informed me that THEIR ledger was wrong and I owed over $550. She was very unresponsive (i had to follow up multiple times), lacked an understanding of the bill that she provided, and chose not to take her own advice ("Please take the time to total your bill"). In addition to the fraudulent fees including the parking spot, I was charged twice for sewer services which she refused to remove. Overall, I would say you should be very careful before choosing these apartments since the onsite manager lacks the ability to understand her own bill leading to trying to take advantage of tenants. BEWARE"

I can also confidently say that Paprika, the manager, has been a key factor in making it a fantastic experience in the last year. From her first day, Paprika has exhibited an great level of professionalism and helpfulness. She's not just a manager; she's a community builder. Her warm and approachable demeanor makes her incredibly easy to talk to, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and heard. Paprika's attention to detail is evident in the immaculate upkeep of the common areas and the prompt resolution of any maintenance issues. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and is dedicated to creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for everyone. At "The Flats" we are so lucky to have people like Paprika and Reggie (the historic maintenance man, who is the true soul of our community) making this place not just an apartment complex but a true home.
