"Been living here for two years the apartments themselves are ok. They need work. We’re on our third landlord since we moved in Crestbrook and since the new landlord Katie has been here these apartments have improved. Our furnace was broke from the time we moved in until Katie came and I told her about my NES bill being over $300 every month because we had to use space heaters to keep the house warm and the next day it was fixed. Just about everything that was wrong Katie had fixed. It takes time to get everything in order like it should be and she’s trying her hardest to get it up and running like it should and to meet everyone’s needs. Rome wasn’t built in one day. Katie is by far the best landlord that we’ve had. You can’t blame her for what someone before her ruined"
