"The apartments are nice but it’s not in a safe neighborhood. So far I have gotten my packages stolen, men that will mess around the parking lot and try to get in your cars. The staff is friendly but they take forever to respond to you. The maintenance guy is great and swift when it comes to issues though. Update: My packages so far are not being stolen and the new management team seems more responsive with questions."

"I’ve never made a bad review in my life but i feel like I have to for people looking to move here and this is coming from someone who owns rental units myself. I’m a tenant and have been calling the managers, leaving voicemails and sending several emails throughout the past couple weeks without any contact cause I am having to move out earlier than expected. I have tried every way I can think of to contact them. I gave up trying to get them to fix my door where rainwater was coming through each time it rains hard as well. They’ve made this move an incredibly frustrating process by lack of communication and terrible management. You can tell these owners only want your money and are not interested in their customers experience. They recently quit hiring security here as well I’ve noticed. It’s the most pathetic management I’ve ever witnessed. Take it from a current tenant: Look elsewhere, there are plenty of great landlords/management companies but this is one that doesn’t deserve your business. UPDATE: They have replied to my review telling me to call as you can see below, yet they still have not answered my voicemails, calls or emails."
