Oakwood Flats

"By far the worst apartment complex I've lived at. They claimed to have 24 hour security but we only saw "security" only once a month. Both of my vehicles were stolen and when the police were inquiring them about camera footage the office never returned their multiple calls. The office doesn't care about their tenants.When our ac unit went out I called the emergency service only toget my air fixed 5 days later . This apartment complex is horrible."

"I didn’t even wanna give them one star.This place sucks kitchen sink falls in if to full. It can’t be fixed because how it was built. They don’t fix anything they patch it up. It’s nasty in all the breezeways. Kids can’t play outside but the dogs can. Dog feces everywhere. Never nowhere to park people that don’t live here be parked in our parking spots.our cars windows got shot out just to break in the car. They towed my running car because the expired tax. Dumpster always full, pipes leaking from walls, ceiling etc."

"I have lived here for over a year and have had a great experience! The office is responsive and courteous. Specifically, Sherika has been amazing from the move in process to aiding in maintenance requests. The apartments are very nice and spacious on the inside and are true to the pictures online. My neighbors are respectful and I haven't had any problems. There are a lot of families that live here so it is not uncommon to hear kids/movement from time to time, but nothing too loud in my experience. I enjoy living in the Oakwood community."

"I have lived here for a little over a year and it has been such an amazing experience. The apartments are beautiful and maintenance fixes ANYTHING the same day or next morning faithfully. If you want to have the same amazing experience as I did, go to Sherika in the office. She does an excellent job in moving you in and she’s friendly and professional. I couldn’t imagine moving from here for a while."
