"As a 2+ year tenant of Pearl flats, I have thorough enjoyed the responsiveness of the management team, amenities, and location convenience to downtown. This is the first apartment complex I’ve stayed at for over a year and I look forward to living here in the future. Cannot recommend enough!"

"The Pearl St apartments are one the better places I've lived in my life. It was the first place I moved into when I came to Nashville. I spent 6 years living there and never had any issues, enjoyed my privacy, and was within close range to everything in the city. Very affordable given the location, amazing staff, and quality of the units. Highly recommend to those needing to live closer to midtown/downtown and looking for decent pricing per sqft."

"Pros: The location is very convenient with being between Midtown and Germantown. Also, very close to downtown and easy access to Charlotte Ave. The maintenance staff is top notch, prompt and very friendly! Also, the property management is very good as well. The complex has a nice gated parking lot where you can pay extra to park and is patrolled by security. The amenities the complex offers are usually pretty well kept. Cons: NOISE! The walls are very thin at this complex and I mean thin. You can hear your neighbors next to you or in my case above me. You know they're thin when you can hear their alarm clock go off or phone vibrating. I've lived in several different apartments over the years and this by far has to have the thinnest walls/floors. Also, there's a train that goes by frequently and it's quite loud as well. The apartments are on the smaller size, but are nice. The pool and gym get crowed easily as well due to the size. Overall, a decent place to live. I'd definitely recommend being on the third floor if I was to move here again."

"I lived at the Pearl from late 2018 to mid 2020. I loved my time here. The location is on the outskirts of the city, so you will here city noises. But I liked the energy. I lived in a studio, and it was perfect for me. I loved the kitchen, the built-ins, the natural light, the view of the cityscape, and the floors. Adrienne was also wonderful. Every time I reached out to her, she responded quickly. She was helpful, understanding, and gracious. If I ever needed to move back to Nashville, I would definitely consider moving back to this complex."

"I’ve been here about 5 months. This has been a great apartment overall. The management is incredibly kind, helpful, and competent. It’s a new build and very nice. The apartments are small, but efficiently laid so there’s not much wasted space. I love the balcony and have a great view. Inside the apartment my only complaint is the chalk type finish on the paint that causes it to scuff easily. In the building at large, there have been several things not ready as expected (parking gate, mailboxes, pool, elevator, etc.) but management keeps us posted and does what they can to help things get completed."
