"Don’t live here it’s a trap. They came out with a new payment portal as of 10/26 that now charges 34 dollars in fees to pay with a debit card. They refuse to accept money orders after November so unless you use ACH (still has a 1.50 fee) your rent goes up 34 dollars…. Absolute trash. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Has gone through about 3 different management companies in less than a year. Police constantly stopping here because of the amount of illegal activity. Grounds are absolutely trashed. Water pressure is horrible since the pipes burst about 2 months ago. They refuse to get the other gate fixed forcing all traffic to enter and exit through Nolensville which becomes a Legitimate safety hazard at times. Worst place you could ever possibly live. Avoid at all costs According to correspondence sent November 7th you have now fixed the exit gate. Still…. The payment portal raised every tenants rent by at least a dollar fifty. This is not the payment portal url stated on the lease agreement. I would love to cal and chat about this but the office never answers the phone and is seemingly closed at random times throughout the week.patrol service does nothing to combat the gunshots heard all hours of the night or the beer cans and broken glass littering the parking lots. If you’re gonna essentially raise everyone’s rent at the very least improve the quality of life for the tenants Update, exit gate has been broke for over two weeks."

"I have lived here 5 years. This place is filthy. They don’t EVEN SPRAY FOR ROACHES. I’m for sure leaving when my lease is up. I have to put all food items in my refrigerator so roaches don’t infest it. I’m talking unopened bags of food, etc. even unopened boxes of cereal. This place grosses me out. ALSO THEY LOCK THE BACK GATE. FIRE/RESCUE. Can’t access or leave but one way. Police as well. I HATE this place. I’ve lived in jails with better sanitation. So your family a favor. Do NOT move here. It’s worse than Gaza"

"This place is viewed on how you see it been living here for 11 yrs it has changed a lot. Some people might experience better maintenance than others who knows this place is a mess but I wouldn’t says it’s their all their fault. most of the trash is from the people living in the area. Picking up the trash would be nice it would make the neighborhood look a lot nicer. This place isn’t all that bad I see families living in these areas. I don’t know what they are going through everyday but bless everyone. This place was a-lot nicer back then I would say. The gate is finally functioning again now I just hope nothing happens to it again. This place may not seem the best as it used to be but as long as my family gets by I am happy. Just so people should know this place is kinda sketchy and sometimes I hear gun shots at night but it could be from Stone Brooke or anywhere. This place is not rlly that diverse but if you want to live here its really up to you guys. I have no opinion on whether people should decide on choosing to live here or not. I only hope for this place to continue improving and getting better again."

"This place is disgusting down to the pot holes through the entire apartment’s. Before you move here check the back of the apartment where the trash is over flowed it’s terrible the way they over charge for mess, no real maintenance help, and the customer service goes out the window. The apartments was bought out so many times by other companies so there is some new people there taking over and now raising the rent. Don’t move to this place."
