"From the very first, a friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-designed property, and incredible amenities and conveniences. Infinity at the Park was my #1 choice and I feel fortunate to live here."
"Lived here for 14 months, hands down best location in town. The office staff and maintenance guys are all super friendly and helpful, great amenities and enjoyed my time here. Would recommend for potential future residents"
"Beware of cockroaches. My fiancé and I lived in this building for two years and had re-signed our lease for a third year, originally having a great experience in this complex. However, around the end of May of 2023, we started noticing small bugs in small quantities that we were unaware were actually small roaches (similar to the size of ants). We’re originally from Ohio and didn’t realize they were more common in the south. By June, we’d put in a maintenance request as we started to see more. It quickly progressed over time and turned into a full blown infestation. Keep in mind that we had lived there two years prior with absolutely no issues. However, we were on the first floor and lived next to tenants we knew and were uncleanly and that had just moved in, near the garage which was filled with piled up garbage, and next to the office which had recently had renovations. This all happened under the new management. After two visits from pest control, the issue was still not solved and we were hopeless. We chose to break our lease because the conditions were unlivable; the roaches were everywhere, including our bedroom. During this time, I had a severe allergic reaction from the roaches as well, which we later realized is common from living with these bugs. Because the bugs are known to be “hitch hikers” and attach themselves to and hide in everything, we had no choice but to get rid of pretty much everything in our apartment - furniture (bed, desks, couch, entertainment center, dresser). They also infested our kitchen, including our dishwasher and cabinets, so we did not feel comfortable keeping any of those items either. Essentially, we lost out on thousands of dollars worth of household items. As we were breaking our lease, we were told more than once that we would be notified once they found the source of the issue for our own “peace of mind.” After waiting weeks to hear anything from management, I finally followed up and was told they couldn’t find the source and that the issue was resolved. Within a month, they had a new tenant occupying the apartment. Interesting that two visits from pest control while we were occupying the space didn’t resolve the issues but once we moved out and maintenance revisited it, all of a sudden the problem was resolved. I’d like to add that we received no compensation for the damage and what we lost, aside from our security deposit which was barely over $100. Since, my fiancé and I have had to move back home to Ohio with our parents to save up enough money to buy everything brand new for our next living situation. The whole experience put us in a terrible situation and the only thing we “gained” from it was being able to break our lease. We lost so much in the process and have become traumatized by the experience. Overall, we don’t feel the situation was taken as seriously as it should’ve been as we don’t know anyone who would live in that kind of environment for over a month. Beware of this when choosing where to live."
"Love our location and great amenities, staff are friendly !! There are events calendar every month, very helpful:) The only thing I wondering is that the TV in the gym doesn’t really work, is it a problem waiting to be fixed?"
