"Trash and Karen needs to find a job in a hole with no windows cause her attitude STANK I ain’t never met someone so racist. She dismissed me before I could even speak and I just wanted to come for the neighborhood meeting. Not a soul was there but me and she really could care less about the community. All she was worried about was the dern cookies that she was bagging up to take home. I could’ve brought my own cookies. Your better off at the hallmark hotel vs this place."

"I absolutely luv my apartment, my kids stay in the house and it's peaceful. My concerns are that nobody picks up trash back here in the breezeway and the spider webs above the door is a little scary so we run in the house. Ms. Karen is super rude, no matter what I come in the office for she always has an attitude. Everybody else is so friendly and makes me feel welcome. The kids knock on my door and run so I never see who it is. Thank you for having my family in your apartments"

"I love my place. I think that the staff is doing amazing. My only problem is people that don't live here coming tearing up stuff trashing these nice apts. Other than that I have no problems. I also was in an accident my car was totalled. I'm in a rental. I be damn if I didn't come out for work one morning and the rental had been swiped. Guess the moved somewhere else because no car was next to mine on the side it was hit"

"I want to rate this apartment a negative one! These apartments are nice on the inside. A few cheap flaws. Most important, when I first moved.. it was a group of us going over the rules. 1. No hanging in the breeze way 2. No violence 3. No backing in… etc etc . They don’t honor the rules they made.. it’s kids everywhere… people work day and night to come home to rugrat kids is not acceptable… apartment or not! Honor your rules! Kick people out. These apartments are running to the ground. I wish they hire someone to do their job."
