"I have only been living here for 6 months now and just want to say that the manager (Kerri) and the maintenance guys (Al & Johnathan) are on point! They are so quick to reply and answer questions, as well as execute any requests. Also, it is a great place to live, good location and I feel safe."

"I've lived here for almost five years. Maintenance is particularly responsive. The property is clean, well-maintained, and well-located. Feels very safe. Mostly adult tenants - I think I've only seen two children here, ever. Our unit is occasionally a bit humid, but that's my only real complaint. The proximity to Trader Joe's is a real plus, and Publix is only 10ish minutes away. You can hit the outer loop of Nashville interstates within 5 minutes at night, 15 - ish in heavy traffic."
"Lived there 3.5 years. The maintenance crew is excellent -- any time we reported a problem, t was fixed very quickly. Friendly people and they seemed proactive about replacing and upgrading things. The management (Gianikas Property Management) also seemed good. They were generally responsive and helpful."
