"We haven't had a manager in months. No maintenance and nasty tenants. Guess we have to fix our own problems there, from the mold in bathroom, to neighbors continuously flooding apartment to windows are out dated and very very drafty and told office numerous times. Needs better management for sure"

"I have been here almost 3 years and it’s terrible! My neighbors are terrible and loud! They are always fighting! We lost our maintenance man about 3 months ago and nothing is being fixed! There is always trash piled up in front of the dumpster, which is at the entrance and tacky! The manager has been out for an injury for about 2 months and they haven’t sent a replacement! I’m definitely not renewing my lease!"

"I lived in these apt. 10 years ago. But I know someone who still lives there now. These Apts. Have gone way down. Cars keep getting broken into and the rent people are never in the office to discuss anything that's is going on. The Kids the noise the trash is everywhere Neighbors don't respect other neighbors to clean breezeway. Just nasty."

"The size of the apartments are nice...but the property has gone down hill in just 5 years..when I first moved here..it was quiet..the grounds were well kept..police patrolled regularly and everything was fixed in a timely manner...now the property has on and off property managers....there hace been shootings..the grounds are unkept...its very noisey and it takes forever to get something fixed."
