"I’ve only lived here 3 weeks and it has been a complete nightmare. Application process was super smooth, but upon move-in my apartment unit smelled like cigarette smoke in a non-smoking community. They came and fixed it in a timely manner. Next my mailbox key would not fit into the lock. The property manager said he would put in a work order and it has been a week with no update. Finally as I am typing this, my door is jammed and I’ve been locked inside my apartment for 12 hours. Started out being locked out and they have an emergency maintenance line but was sent to voicemail every time I called. Luckily a good samaritan neighbor let me borrow a chair to climb through a window I had unlocked only to find the door is jammed both sides. The complex fails to provide a safe space and all these things could have been easily avoided with a little time and proper inspection."

My neighbors are great. My little dog Bella loves seeing other dog friends when we are walking around the complex. I’m headed into my 3rd year of living at Eastwood Green and couldn’t be happier! "10 out of 10. I absolutely loved my time at Eastwood Green. The staff was amazing. Elvie was always available. He always had a huge smile on his face and was there any time I needed him. It was not often that I had an issues in my 2 years there. The 1 or 2 times I needed to call the office he was always so pleasant and ready to assist. The neighborhood is so quiet and we always felt safe there. Absolutely No issues ‼️"
