As well as the few things that had to get fixed when we first got moved in. Everything was done quick and efficiently by maintenance."

"Honestly this place is really solid.. the entire complex extremely clean, and the staff are always so helpful. No apartment issues, and maintenance is great. I have always seen the staff maintain professionalism and kindness. I would recommend this place to everyone.. and I definitely would say to take some of the bad reviews with a grain of salt, because there’s always a few “Karens” wherever you go."

"Apartment was dusty and not clean upon move-in. Mold on refrigerator, in toilet cistern. Repairs and patchwork after prior tenant are very visible on cabinets. Building is beautifully designed and location are great. Hallways and common areas aren't cleaned daily and are often dirty. Noise does carry vertically(Upstairs neighbor's footsteps) are extremely loud but side insulation seems very very good. No noise from hallway or neighbours. Office staff are always pleasant and maintenance issues are dealt with quickly."

"The best thing about Acklen is the apartment life resident events. We love having the opportunity to get to know and spend time with the people in the complex! We greatly appreciate the opportunity to attend these events and build community, especially during the pandemic. Josh and Kristin have done a phenomenal job. All of the staff, including the Maintenance Team are also wonderful. Shout out to John, Michael, Norbi, Ray for all their hard work in keeping this place running. They are always timely and professional!"
