Post Ridge Apartments

"Overall a cute apartment with working kitchen appliances. Includes washer & dryer. Balcony. Seems the flooring was put in over a leak as there is a reoccurring puddle on the living room floor. Bathroom facet & shower drain were both broken. Hot water runs out super fast. I’ve seen worse but for the price I would’ve expected it to be more polished, especially at move-in. They do allow dogs and have a small fenced in doggy relief area by the top units."

"They asked me to do this review, they may regret that. I've lived in some dumpy places, but this place, this place takes the cake. Hold on I'll make a list: A/C leak Burner on stove broken Toilet loose Old electrical outlets are loose (Maintenance said they can't fix it? Lol what?? This is a fire hazard btw) Dishwasher broke They forgot our microwave for three weeks Floor is rotted and soft in spots Front door broke Electrical goes out randomly Water pressure is horrid. (Good luck showering decently. You'll stand there soapy looking at a trickle of water at least once a shower.) A/C barely works in the townhouses, upstairs is always hot. A/C broke Maintenance is horribly rude, will scream and cuss. Cockroaches, big ones. Holes in random spots And the big kicker! Mold! They took an old run down apartment complex, covered up all the issues to make it look passable. It's not, it's a lie. You are nothing but a money machine to them. They don't care how bad you are living, pay us and shut up. DO NOT STAY HERE. Don't give these companies any money, they need to be held accountable for this stuff. Tell everyone you know to stay away from Post Ridge or any Mission Rock Residential apartments/houses. I already have. This place is the worst."

"Don’t sign a lease here. I lived here for 3 almost 4 years. Every year they raised the price of my rent by $200 even though my apartment was not the remodeled version. They evicted me after 3 years of paying rent on time when I lost my job and missed one month of rent 10 days before CHRISTMAS! Now they are charging me over $10,000 for every thing in the old apartment (blinds, carpet, appliances) my guess is they are going to charge me for the remodel. Stay away from here if you can’t afford a lawyer."

"We’ve had a great experience at Post Ridge! The staff is very friendly and is always willing to work with the residents. While some of the apartments ante a little older, they are the biggest apartments for the lowest prices in the area. It’s nice to have a big living/dining area for entertaining. And the location is great - 15 min to Brentwood. 15 min to downtown Nashville. Everything you could need (food, shopping, gas, groceries) is within 5 minutes. We will be renewing our lease for another year!"
