"We've really enjoyed our time at Cortland Bellevue. The staff has been responsive and so kind (even checking on our pets in an emergency situation when we were out of town!) and our apartment is gorgeous. Great location in Nashville too!"

"During the freezing weather, I was very pleased with the constant communication. The various check-ins to ensure we were ok and that we had no issues with water pipes or heat. I know this was something they did not have to do walking door to door in the cold temperatures, but they did and I am very appreciative."

"Used to be a 5 star but I’ve had it with this place. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Rent rises every year but nothing changes every year. $50 for a new gate entry because I bought a new car and didn’t return the old gate pass because it broke to pieces when trying to remove from windshield. Should have known to bring in garbage. Lived here for 6 years almost and get treated like a delinquent because they can’t trust that I will put this in my new cars windshield. Thanks for the discount of $25. Not paying a dime for something that should be free to start with. See you around the neighborhood!!"
