"I’ve been coming here for several years now and continue to be pleased with my experience. Scheduling is easy, they manage their schedule and appts so well; I’m never waiting too long or am rushed. Dr Nguyen is so friendly, approachable, easy to get to communicate and raise issues with and not dismissive at all of any questions or concerns. She would often do my cleanings and I started to see her more frequently when I started clear correct; after a few years of treatment and not getting the results we both wanted, she was so kind to raise my case in a consultation with an orthodontist at another office and my care was transferred partly to them. I would have much preferred to stick with Dr Nguyen’s office but was thankful I could be referred seamlessly (although the other office did pale in comparison). Dr Nguyen is super professional and caring — I could not recommend her and her office enough. At my most recent visit, I had a new dental assistant for my cleaning and she was excellent, so thorough, explained everything as she went along — would love to continue seeing her as well. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Nguyen and the team at Young Dental. I’ve moved further from the office but continue to come back because of the service and care here."
