"The recently posted five star reviews are VERY misleading. They are a result of the property manager scrambling to save face due to the fact they truly provide a horrible living experience. During my time here I’ve gone without air in my apartment for a calendar month. On top of that, the walls are paper thin so you can hear the whole entire floor each and every night. They’ve allowed a company to buy their units and rent them as Airbnb’s, and needless to say it’s resulted in an influx of drunk, obnoxious tourists staying here every weekend. I’m certainly aware that it is commonplace for buildings to partner with short term rentals. However, that point is fairly irrelevant when it comes to someone wanting to live amongst what comes with that.. The ONE bright spot about this place is the maintenance man, Will. He’s a good guy. The property manager, who clearly got a bunch of people to fabricate great reviews, acts as if he’s not in a customer service position and makes himself seem the like the victim in every situation that occurs. I’d also like to point out that he is currently getting his friends, who also work in property management, to write good reviews for him also. Again, this is to save face. This is simply not a place you want to live if you value your peace of mind. It’s always something."

"Stunning property, friendly and professional management (Voyant is amazing!) and just an overall awesome place to live! Lease here and you wont regret it! As someone who has lived in apartments in Nashville for almost 10 years now I would like to add that almost every single building partners with short term rentals and it would be tough to find a building with out it!"

"Just visited Luna and I am happy to say my experience was top notch and left me with no questions. I had the privilege to take my tour with their property manager Voyant. His bubbly personality, dedication to professionalism and exceptional service aided me greatly. He really helped with any and all of my question and remained very attentive. After my experience I can really envision myself living at Luna. My favorite part was how large the windows were and how much light they let in. I do not like dull apartments so seeing different layouts that all offer the same comfort was good to see."

"Luna is such a beautiful apartment community! First of all, you will not find a better location. It sits perfectly between The Gulch and 12 South. Walkable to lots of cute shops, parks, and many businesses! Inside, the apartments are BEAUTIFUL! Tons of natural light - bright and airy living spaces that make you feel right at home. The cherry on top is the office staff! Voyant is amazing and super helpful anytime I have questions or need assistance. You will love everything about living at Luna so stop looking and book that appointment!"
