"I loved living at Station 40, and if I didn’t have to move I’d still be there. The staff are friendly, very competent, and always helpful. The covered parking is a plus. I loved the gym, and found the other common areas comfortable and inviting. The private work stations are especially useful. The maintenance is 24/7, as advertised. I never had a maintenance emergency, but whenever I needed help I got a response within 24 hours and updates until the matter was resolved. Definitely a better system than when I owned my own home. And not for nothing, when they say they are dog friendly they really mean it. Maddie and I miss the dog park!"

"Updated review: consider this a 1.5. The office let us know today 1/30 that the rent portal is not working and they will be requiring certified checks or money orders for rent. It is absolutely ridiculous to let residents know 2 days before rent is due. They also didn’t start implementing a new system until a few days ago so just another example of bad management. This complex has a lot of good, but I believe the bad sometimes outweigh the good. The amount of events has definitely increased. It’s been great getting to know people in this complex. However, the garage door breaks too often and now has led to multiple car break-ins on several different occasions. I believe this is due to negligence and poor management. Community events are fun, but at the cost of Nashville apartments and our location, I don’t see how it is acceptable for the garage door to be broken so often. It is extremely unsafe, especially with how much we pay."

"Given the fact I’ve lived here four years and recently re-signed again, I feel like I should write down my experience. The first couple years, management was great, especially in the midst of COVID. Solid location, decent pricing, amenities are great when they work. Current management made some really nice updates, new maintenance team which is better than the old one, and social events are great! I have loved living here, which makes me disappointed for this review to go downhill. We experienced multiple car break-in’s (around 14) over the span of this past week, and management has yet to address this. The garage gate, which breaks all the time, was apparently purposefully left wide open for vendor deliveries for two whole days, which defeats the entire purpose of having a gate. Also, one of the gate access decals was stolen, so even if the gate is closed it’s still unsafe. My neighbors and I have not received any information on what next steps are to address our safety, nor has the situation even been addressed in general to the complex. I had referred my friends here because it felt safe, but with all the recent events, I’ve started to feel very unsafe myself. I am so disappointed that somewhere I’ve called home for so long now feels uneasy."

"The apartment is great. They occasionally have events which are hit or miss but nothing is perfect. The big issue is safety. 10+ car break ins in the past week. Of course it’s higher during the holidays but the apartment hasn’t taken any steps necessary to protect our cars when it’s known that a parking pass was stolen and is/has been used to break in. Hopefully this is fixed soon."

"I have lived at Station 40 for two years and have loved living here!! The building itself has great amenities that are well maintained (pool, courtyard, gym, etc). The employees/leasing staff are always polite and helpful. I have already recommended this apartment complex to several friends looking for a place because I've had such a great experience so far."
