"A man stormed out of the office to SCREAM at me for “having no common sense” and wouldn’t stop talking over me when the dog I was dogsitting unfortunately relieved himself in front of Dr. Lin’s building. Found out this man’s name is Ken and he’s the office manager. Interesting strategy of yelling at dog walkers and owners instead of being calm and respectful. Please adjust your attitude, Ken. What you’re asking for is reasonable, but blowing up at people passing by reflects so poorly on the dentist practice you work for."

"I love Dr Lin and his staff; however, the person at the front desk is very rude to clients. I have been a patient since 2014 and have never been late for an appointment. I arrived less than 5 min late to an appt due to traffic beyond my control and the front desk person, Ken, gave me the worst attitude. Enough to change dentists unfortunately. This day in age, customer service is everything and the front desk person needs a reminder of that."
