She went above and beyond to ensure I reached the clinc on time, provided detailed directions and even looking up bus schedules on line. Initially hesitant due to the location and unfamilarity with Dr. Yip. Despite not knowing her personally, Dr. Yip's reputation preceded her, and my experience confirmed her skill and dedication to her profession. Her thorough examination, clear explanations, and personal demeanor left me impressed and reassured.
