"Find another dentist!!! I think I have never seen a less professionally run medical office. I went in for a regular teeth cleaning, and I ended up being convinced to spend thousands of dollars on treatments I wasn’t really interested in. Dr. Samadian’s practice not only seems focused on selling people unnecessary treatments, but their call service and front desk have constantly missed or didn’t transfer messages. Also, when I went in for an out-patient surgery, I received after-care instructions from his front desk staff that he even admitted was "not enough" information! These miscommunications and scheduling delays have contributed to me being a year over my proposed treatment time, and they even lost my payment information due to a computer “glitch” TWICE. I’ve brought these issues up to Dr. Samadian and other staff before, and they reassured me that they would address the problems. Unfortunately, I have not noticed ANY improvements."

"I had a bad experience here today. It probably doesn’t reflect the actual services of this dentist, but nevertheless might be helpful for some thinking about coming here. Especially for cosmetic dentistry. I have a gap between my bottom teeth, my normal dentist said that some dentists do fillers in the gums to help the reduce gaps. I found Dion health online since the website said they do these fillers. I sent an email saying I was interested in the filler and made an appointment for a free consultation. When I arrived the dental assistant didn’t know what I was there for, which is fine. I did fill out the pre appointment paper work, but whatever. They took photos and a scan, then I another dental assistant came in to take Xrays. At this point I had been there for about an hour. They were apologetic about the wait time, they said a couple employees were out due to illness. It happens, but I was annoyed. I just wanted to talk to the doctor about the fillers. Did they REALLY need Xrays and a scan? Another dental assistant or doctor came in after I had been there for 90 minutes. He started to talk about grafts for fixing the gap. I explained to him that I have talked to my normal dentist about grafts and decided against it since it’s thousands of dollars. My gap isn’t painful, I am just vain and wanted to learn more about the fillers to see if they could be a quicker/cheaper fix. After I told him this (5 min convo) he left and the woman from the front desk came in. She said that they wanted to get an opinion from Dr. Samadian. I was like ok awesome. BUT HE WASNT AT THE OFFICE. So I sat there for 90 minutes and got no information. They said they would follow up, but I don’t want to go back. It seems like they should have known that the Dr. needed to be there? So why hold me there for 90 minutes? The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The best part about this was that the consultation was free, if I had to pay for this I would have freaked out. Moral of the story, love your flaws. Gaps are very hot right now."
