"Dr. Lee is an amazing dentist. I highly recommend him and his staff. They treat me like family and they never try to upsell anyone on X-rays or anything unnecessary for an extra buck. I highly recommend him and his practice. I understand the previous reviewer is upset that they weren’t able to accommodate him in their schedule but to be fair, Dr. Lee is not an emergency doc."

"I had been seeing Dr. Lee for over 15 years, and had always been very pleased with his service, until last Monday, when I called in dire need of help. I chipped my bottom tooth eating an almond. I was shocked when told that Dr. Lee was completely booked for the next two weeks and could not see me. Really, after 15 years no one could see me even in an emergency situation. Lucky for me I found a kind dentist who squeezed me in the very next day and took care of me. I called and informed Dr. Lee's office that I would NOT be coming back as a patient. My advice, if you need a cleaning Dr. Lee is great, but god help you if you have an emergency situation happen, forget it, they will have no sympathy for you and tell you sorry. Very sad and unprofessional."
