"DO NOT RENT HERE! This place is disgusting, the owners are cheap, and the apartment is overpriced. The building is so old and under repair constantly. I called to have the door to the laundry room fixed because even if you had the right key, you need to fiddle with it for 5 minutes to get the door open. I reported this to the office and was told the door had always been like this and to just deal with it!"

"Actually, You evicted my DAUGHTER for nonpayment of late fees that she didn’t even know existed. I seen the pay portal it didn’t say she owed anything. So back to my review, So the manager will try to evict you for late fees but will have plenty of conversations with you about other things, but never say anything about the fees. They don’t show up on the pay portal so you have no way of knowing what they are. It’s not a good place to rent from."
