"Amber Cole did not cut my hair how I wanted it though I showed her plenty of example photos, and I looked and felt terrible. She does not know how to cut curly hair. She talked over me the entire time about how she picks her nose and then showed me explicit, gory photos. I texted Jen the owner about having another stylist take a look at it. When she found out I didn’t like it, she called me (at 9 in the evening!) and sent a series of rude texts. Such a nasty lacking of skill, professionalism, and basic common sense."
