"Here’s what my Gel Chrome manicure looks like 7 days later. I paid $40 to have my requests/concerns dismissed. I spent 2 hours at the shop, while they attempted to fix the first round of poorly done nails, but only on one hand. Instead of removing the polish to preserve my nail, the technician just shaved down the Polish causing my nail to become brittle. The technician also failed to provide full service which included a lotion massage + hot towel wrap. Overall, I believe that they all meant well but I am disappointed with my first time visit here. My advice to the staff here is that if you’re going to use our nails as mannequins, please ask us if we’re okay with our service potentially being compromised. I’m not sure if the nail technician was new (she needed constant help), but it’s important to let paying customers know exactly what they’re walking into. The technicians I was booked with is not the technician that did my nails. Here is my updated review because they’re now using my child to deflect from their mistakes: It is completely inappropriate & unprofessional to blame my child for the poor work the Technician did. My child sat patiently in that chair for an hour. If my nails were done correctly, we wouldn’t have been at the nail salon for so long & my child wouldn’t have been so uncomfortable. I wasn’t charged for the Chrome because it was a part of the promotion the salon was offering, not because they tried to right their wrong. I never had an issue with the color I picked, either. I had bubbles on each finger nail because of the way the polish was applied. The chrome did not completely cover my nails (you could see the white gel Polish) & each nail had an inconsistent shape to it (nor was it the shape that I requested). The male Technician had to step in & attempt to fix the mistakes. Be accountable & hold your technicians accountable when they fail to do their job. Don’t dismiss someone’s concerns. Use this opportunity to do better & learn from your mistakes. I do not recommend this salon to anyone because a salon with Technicians that cannot own up to the cheap, incomplete service they provide is a salon not worth visiting."
