"I have to say, I had extremely high hopes going into this place the first time. The gentleman at the front was so courteous and helpful. The ambiance is just so beautiful and comforting. The service was not at all what I was expecting. Mine and my daughters pedicure was extremely rushed. Barely any massage. The parafin wax was barely left on our feet to harden up. The foot scrub lasted about 1p seconds. (That was a first) I ordered the 3rd most expensive pedicure, and it lasted just under 40 minutes. On top of that, they charge $15 extra for gel!!!! What?!? They don't even tell you. I'm really disappointed and saddened because I felt like this would be our place to go. Unfortunately not. When I go somewhere and pay a price, I expect the service in return and for it to be a relaxing experience. Not this time. When it came time to pay, the lady who checked us out was semi rude. She was in such a a rush to just get money from us and basically shooed us out. Didn't even say thank you, or explain what we were paying for."

"I always like going there till yesterday! The lady who did my pedi was bossy, very unprofessional and rude. During check out, she was saying I can’t give tips if I pay with my card. I didn’t know that and I didn’t have Venmo or Zelle in my phone. But she was kinda forcing me for tips and asking me if I want I can go to the ATM for cash! I felt so insulted, it was like I am not paying for the service, which I did and it was $92. And for my every services there, I always gave them good tips. They should train their staff how to handle customer respectfully."

"Love this place! I'm very picky when it comes nail salons. This is it!!!! They had the rare color I LOVE! Jenny listened when asked for short nails which is very rare also. They always want to make them long. No one can do designs anymore. She did it so quick and perfect! And she was fast!!!!! Run here don't walk! I expect they will be very busy soon."

"Nice staff but really just average and definitely not worth what they charged for the manicure. They didn’t do a base coat color for the french manicure, which was odd, and the white had bubbles and was uneven. The pedicure was good, but it was overall disappointing"
