"This place does not deserve one star. The management team is nice but ineffective in solving any problems. The apartment is loud with thin walls. If your apartment is near the garbage chute you can hear everybody’s trash on the way down and the garbage people come to pick up the trash between 4-6 am multiple times a week and are also very loud. I have had a few maintenance requests that the maintenance man continues to close without actually fixing the problem. I had to submit multiple requests for my heat to be fixed and had to submit multiple requests for my dryer to be fixed. I have been unable to use my dryer for almost 2 months now with 4 different work orders for it “closed” with no resolution. The area is also not safe. There was a shooting outside the apartment with more down in the park by the river. I have also been followed on the walkway by the apartment. Overall not worth the overpriced rent and overpriced parking!"
"1 star is not deserving. The management team in the office discriminated and falsely accused apartment *** due to “ complaints of marijuana smell”. There was a direct email sent to apartment *** for this issue. But not to the entire residents of the wash house. ( which was said there was emails sent to “ everyone” but that’s a lie) There’s a frequent marijuana smell in the wash house area especially when you’re getting off the elevator. So how do you single out apartment *** for this issue when it’s frequently and we smell marijuana but didn’t complain? To be falsely accused of smoking marijuana inside the wash house where it’s prohibited will not be acceptable. Are smoking cigarettes allowed in the stair ways of the wash house?"
"Do not move here if you work from home. The grounds crew uses a leaf blower 4-5 days a week for 4-6 hours a day. A clean space is great, but this is more than a little overkill and the sound echoes down the street so you'll more than likely hear it all day long. Repeated requests to cut back even slightly on the excessively noisy and entirely unnecessary work have gone no where. The location is nice."
"Great location and apartments! I love having my balcony and watching the sunset! My dog loves being able to look out the window, and we have the perfect little park to walk around whenever we want. I feel safe and at home here. Also, the office throws some great parties, too :)"
"I've lived in the TN Brewery for 3 months now and it's the best apartment I've had the chance to live in! The staff is helpful and responsive, the area is centrally located, and a new theater is opening down the street! The Good: The architecture of the old building The brand new gym in the courtyard Access to Tom Lee Park during Memphis in May :) The Bad: Honestly nothing to note so far Edit: I keep trying to attached a picture of the frozen fountain in the courtyard, but it won't upload for some reason."
