"Important Information: The location changed from Center Street to Soquel Ave. Not all rental Websites have already updated that. However, the Hertz Team in Santa Cruz was great. Their service exceeds what one can expect. Very friendly, helpful and considerate! Stay like this guys! A key drop-off for returns outside the opening hours is a necessary change. Cars can only be returned between 8am to 5pm."
