Hana is a fantastic person, and one of the few stylists who has the ability to cut my challenging head of hair. I wouldn't go to anyone else. The price is right, service is great, the salon is always neat and clean, with talented stylists."

"I have been coming to this place for over a decade and had the worst experience today , highly disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of their employee I was made to wait for 25 mins , when a sytlist was free and available with reason that she was waiting for an appointment. After making me wait for 25 mins she just started working on the next person who had just come in . I expect if an appointment does now show up within certain time , you move on to the next waiting person . When I questioned what their no show policy was , I did not get an answer , but a confession from the stylist that she was uncomfortable cutting my hair , simply because I had casually mentioned I was not happy with a haircut the previous time . I would have rather preferred her telling me this at the start instead of making me wait for 25 mins . I do not expect her to forcefully give me a haircut if she doesnt want to , but she lied .
