"I have been coming here for the last year and staff is really great . Funny and has a sense of humor . People you’re visiting a truck stop , where you will see and hear just about anything. The staff is considerate . One girl speaks Spanish and Arabic if you need help she will do her best to help if she can’t she will ask someone . Smiles are worth a million , and the staff here will do their best to always make you smile ."

"Cheese steaks are really good. Free truck parking. Only gets three stars because you WILL GET BLOCKED IN depending on where you park. Park further from the store to avoid getting blocked in and this is a great place. Also get here early lol"

"I use to love to come here. After today, I am not happy with this place. My husband went to get food and drinks for us and was double charged when the system showed a card read error. After discovering this, he went in to find out what to do about it. The manager told him it was his fault, when it was the systems.do not use a card here. Use cash."

"I have been coming here to get away from Love's truck stop and the madness that takes place there sometimes. The general attitude here is very good and the crew overall are friendly. The fried fish is to die for.I absolutely love it i now get out of way to come get it.thank you."

"I've enjoyed stopping at this place off and on for nearly 12 years. Could usually find truck parking if you're early and the food was good. It had been a while since I had been up this way but started coming back through late last year and things had definitely changed. The great cheesesteak place that had been inside was gone and they only had the hot bar to choose from. Disappointing but still decent food. This morning, however, they've lost my business. I went in to buy a pack of cigarettes and specifically told the cashier what I wanted. He asked for my ID and, as I was retrieving it, I didn't pay attention to what he put on the counter. Only after I paid did I notice it was the right brand but wrong flavor. I told him this and a look of agitation came across his face. He retrieved the correct flavor but then rang those up as well. I told him I didn't want the both packs, only the correct ones. He began to act frustrated and confused as he tried to figure out how to return my money for the first pack which actually cost more. Seeing his confusion and frustration, I told him to just give me the cigarettes I asked for and I would take the loss on the difference. This seemed to confuse him even more and he angrily says, "Just go, just go!". I take the cigarettes and 'just go' as he says. However, I 'just go' planning never to return and patronize this place again. I am not a child and will not be spoken to as one. I've spent a lot of money buying food and fuel here over the years. The level of disrespect this morning was the straw that broke the camel's back. I've had an opportunity to stay here 4 nights this week and from what I've seen, 95% of the employees need customer service training."
