"Service was swift and accurate for Pal's Sudden Service. Food was good. Line was long, but moved fast. Even with an estimated 30 cars between the other window and myself, my total wait time from entering que to receiving food was about 11 minutes."
"It's Pals... Good food in a flash. If you need good fast food quickly, just come here. I've never had a problem with any of their stores."
"Always love stopping here for a bite to eat. Especially when I'm on the go. Everything on there menu is amazing!!! And the never disappoint!! I recommend everything they have to offer!! The staff are amazing as well!!!"
"First off, locals that have liver in the Tri Cities their entire lives hold Pals as the holy grail of burgers. Kinda like California's think In and Out is the most amazing burger joint on the planet. I rated the food three stars. Everything else is always 5 stars. The issue with the food is that it's just not that good. The frenchie fries are little tiny fries with a fry seasoning on them that at first seems great hut once you realize it's basically Lawrys seasoning salt and sugar it's like who adds sugar to their fries? Locals swear by the cheddar rounds, and when I ordered them for the first time, I was expecting them to be the most amazing breakfast potatoes I'd ever ordered, but nope basically little flat tater tots with some kinda cheddar cheese in it. Not good cheddar, either. I'm pretty sure you can get these in the freezer section at grocery stores. The burgers are fresh, and the meat seams much more real than McDonald's meat. For sure, fresher and probably came from a real cow. They don't put ketchup on them but slather them with mayo. Topping on them are very fresh and good quality. The big pals aren't that good, they are a bit dry usually and have a strange texture to the meat. The double Jr cheese burgers are edible, and once you've lived here a bit you do get a craving for them sometimes. When you get a burger, get the double Jr they are the best one on the menu. The ham sandwiches give my wife diarria.(they mean sudden service). The chicken sandwiches are weird and kinda gross. Again, slathered with Mayo. The milkshakes are decent, and the Peachie Tea is always a nice treat. I've had a lot of stuff off the menu, and overall, it's better than my other alternative within 5 miles of my house, which is McDonald's. If you are visiting or just moved to Tennessee, then you at least gotta give it a try, but you will either love it or hate it."
"Fantastic staff and great leadership team here. They always go above the call of duty to ensure a great experience. The standard is set for ALL other restaurants here. Just a great place to eat."
