"I was recomended a couple dentists in this area and im so glad I chose Dr Chua. He is not only understanding but patient and very careful with his work. He explained all the procedure before and made sure I understood. You can tell by his work he has strong experience . I definitely recommend his work and also prices are acceptable nothing too crazy or imposible like in so many other places. I've had my fare share of bad dental experiences and im so glad this was not one of them. Definitely recommend him."

"At the start, everything went well, but Dr. Chua was not transparent about the procedure or cost. He mentioned the my cleaning will cost $1,500 and treatment, which my insurance will cover it all. At the end, I ended up paying $2,000 out of pocket ontop of what my insurance covered, later my insurance charged me $500 more. I was going for a cleaning, he ended up removing my fillers and doing things I did not asked for. Please make sure you have everything in writing prior to getting started."

"I was visiting San Francisco for two weeks and needed to see a dentist because of gum pain. I'm very glad I decided to see Dr. Chua! His clinic was able to schedule me into a time slot within two days of when I called, and sent a bunch of text reminders. When I came in, I didn't wait at all, and was able to see Dr. Chua immediately. He was extremely helpful. I don't have dental insurance, and he was able to customize how many x-rays I needed / which procedures I needed to fix the gum pain while making sure I could cover the cost of the procedures. He also shared photos of the x-rays with me that I could take to any future dentist for any follow-up work. The whole visit was super efficient, cost-effective, and painless. Highly recommend if you are looking for a long-term dentist in San Francisco or if you just need a one-time visit."
