"I just want to start by saying I’ve lived in Memphis for about three years and @the park has been by far one of the best places that I’ve resided in. The area is well taken care of , there is security every day & night. The management is often busy due to the size of the complex and amount of residents but whenever there is an issue they will respond quickly and promptly and your issue will be resolved! Plus you will build a good relationship with your neighbors and even the managers. Overall this complex is a really great place to live and start your next chapter at. I know it was good start for my new chapter!"

"This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The management cares about my well-being, my satisfaction, and my experience as a resident. Brittany and Heather are kind, funny, and willing to solve any issue I bring their way — which have been few and far between due to the way they manage this place. Their knowledge and the way they about this community really maintains a sense of camaraderie among the people that live here. To add to things, the maintenance workers are skilled and timely in any requests given to them. I would not live anywhere else if you want an apartment lifestyle. The only reason I will ever move is when I am ready to purchase a home. I just renewed my lease today and am so excited to continue living @the park! And big thanks to Brittany, because without her, I wouldn’t have known how wonderful this community is!"

It's not easy these days and it's important to have someone who can be understanding of your needs. Brittany does that and more!"

"I have lived here for a year and this is a great apartment to live in! They do free events for tenants often, and the managers are really nice! The only reason that I wouldn’t give them 5 stars is because there are several important things that have been broken since I have lived here, like the gate that lets you out by the park. This is really unfortunate because it is really the only convenient way to get to Overton park by walking. But overall I would definitely recommend this place. The gym is also really nice!"

"Brittany and Heather are awesome! I had a pleasure of speaking with both ladies before my move in May! Brittany was very helpful & always have a great and positive attitude and the push back date was well worth the wait! She was very informative on a lot of things and made it very smooth! I love that they provided each tenant with a welcome home bag that had some nice things which I’ve never received from anywhere else! @ThePark is great thank you so much Brittany and Heather for all that you do!"
