"I wish I could give this place zero stars. I was told by the doctor I wouldn’t be paying for a sleep study at home and that it was a “formality,” so I could get approved for an in person sleep study. Not only did I have to pay to be seen / have a consult, they will also charge you for a phone call to go over your results. The office line you call isn’t connected directly to the sleep office, so everything is delayed. The website takes ages to load, balances are added 2 months later. This office is greedy, and will lie to you about what you need to pay. Go somewhere else. This has been the biggest waste of my time and energy."
"I had inspire device implanted and they are the f/up drs they have been extremely through with their follow-up it can be hard to get an appointment (but when your a good m.d you get popular)thts my only complaint but they eventually get you in within your window staff is super nice"
"Dr. Slattery: "The speed of the team is the speed of the lead dog." This is not only true in sled racing but life in general. Dr. Slattery has the speed of a cadaver with a bedside manner to match. Call after call after call went with no response. Don't waste your time like I did. My one star is only to get my review posted."
"I have had to pay for my medication or of pocket for two months because the nurse will not get my medicine's prior auth completed. They never call me back. I called and called, left multiple voicemails (one of which I was bawling my eyes out), and I spoke with the receptionist a couple times. This was over the course of a week. It was nearly two months ago and, to date, no one ever called me back. I'm having to refill my medication again and the sheer anxiety I feel about even attempting this is ridiculous. The ONLY reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I love my doctor Elizabeth Myers is so great. It's really too bad the front office ruins everything. They tried to force me to come in for a visit when I always do virtual. I have narcolepsy. Nothing is changing. Ever. I don't need to miss work to get medicine refilled. Not when I can do a video call and get it taken care of while on a lunch break. Thankfully, my doctor has my back."
"I really enjoyed my visit to the office and my appointment with Dr. Slattery. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately this practice never responds to voicemails and the only way to get them to answer the phone is the click “1” on the phone prompt that says “if you are an existing patient.” I had to call that line to get my initial appointment scheduled, because after leaving 2 voicemails and waiting almost 2 weeks no one contacted me. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail. Keeping calling and pressing “1” until someone answers. You may get put on hold for a while, so be prepared."
