"Old building with constant issues, we had mold problems for 2 years that were never fixed (June 2021-July2023). Office is impossible to get a hold of and management has changed hands 2-3 times, after our first lease expired it took them 4 months to get us a new lease. Now that we've moved out they still have not returned our $400 security deposit despite confirming we left no damages. Phone lines go unanswered or are disconnected and the management group is impossible to reach despite them always "sending an email to escalate". Dont waste your time or $$$ here."
"I moved here in July and my AC has gone out at least 3 times each month. Management doesn’t answer the phone. I’ve submitted 2 online work orders today about my AC and no one has gotten back to me on the issue. The fire alarm also goes off at least 2 times each month. This place is not worth your time."
"So far I’ve been here for a week now and I’m loving it different environment I’ve been living in Memphis all my life but for some reason it’s different living downtown surrounded by a lot of things I love the aura here and to top that to me personally they got the BEST rooftop view HANDS down!! Thanks to my guy Dan hands down best tour he gave me and I went for it so now I’m loving it! (Few pics to show off the community)"
