It spells class, serenity, and peace. I love the attentiveness each member of the team shares. I am happy after viewing eight properties it was my only choice!"

"Normally I don’t write reviews, but this one I must. I told my father that I was thinking about moving back to Memphis. As I began looking I found a nice little jewel close to Mississippi. I made an appointment and conducted a tour. The apartment staff was very professional and attentive to my questions. I met the manager of the property who I believe said his name was Jermey. However, he was leaving so I mostly dealt with a Ms. Brenda. Ms. Brenda was nice and easy to speak with. To be honest I did speak with some of the residents to get their feel of the community. From what I gathered they love this place. I am just looking right now, but if I really decide to move to Memphis Springs at Buckingham will be my new home. By the way the grounds are very clean and I love the quietness."

"Id highly recommend this place to anyone in the market to renting. They are beautiful, new and spacious apartments. I need to find an apartment ASAP and once I walked through the front doors, I was greeted with some of the best customer service I’ve ever had I know that this would be the place. Jeremy , Milah and Ashlynn are nothing but friendly and welcoming. Always so pleasant to talk to. After touring a few places, I picked the perfect place that suited me. I filled out all the paperwork, and Jeremy was amazing at helping me get this apartment secured in 24 hours. Since living here, it’s been nothing but perfect. Any issues that arise the office staff is right on top of it. Very easy to talk to you and come to with any concerns or questions. It’s very calm and quiet and peaceful and I couldn’t ask for any thing better. Also all the amenities are amazing, especially heated saltwater pool and en suite laundry. It’s very safe and quite here. I am able to enjoy taking long walks with my dog through the complex and soak up the beautiful scenery."

"I have lived here for 5 months and enjoy staying here! Jeremy and Milah manage the property and are very service oriented. The property is a great value and beautifully landscaped - did I mention it is new!! My issues are also quickly addressed; the management team is so friendly. The property also has a dog park and car wash, both amazing amenities and so convenient for all residents. I highly recommend this place!"

They are also very attentive to your concerns and needs. The manager Jeremy is the best as they come. I have only had one minor issue and he resolved in a matter of mins.
