"I lived here for two years and always paid on time. These people added unnecessary charges to my account several times and made ME jump through hoops to get it off. The grounds have deteriorated they don't look good. People are loud at night because they've let all types of undesirables move in. Weed smells everywhere! The gate does not work! Apartment was spacious but the outside doesn't look good. They NEVER answer the phone. I have to call several times or just go up there (if they answer the door) to handle issues they've caused on my account. It started out good living there but as time went by, standards dropped."

Everyone is so so kind, and that makes all the difference in choosing an apartment complex. The community is so welcoming here, and safety is top notch with a gated complex as well as courtesy officers on property.
