"I was extremely unimpressed with the treatment I received here. I drove down from Indiana to Memphis specifically for the appointment they claimed was the only one available. I then waited all day. At 2pm, I went in and asked if I could view early since it wasn't raining. I was told, with attitude that they were "on lunch" and I needed to come back at my appointment at 4. I said ok and decided to come back then. After wasting 2 hours, I showed up, on time at 3:58 only to be told my appointment was cancelled and I needed to come back tomorrow. They seemed quite annoyed with my mere presence until I told them I would be viewing another property nearby. They had every reason to be upset because I leased a more expensive apartment across the street simply because the attitude and treatment was better there."

"I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!! Allecia is the best. This lady really care about our living community. She’s been working day in and day out, even after hours to make sure the job is done and her tenants are happy. From the newly renovated units, the new appliances, the new play ground, the renovated pool and weight room, the new outside pavilion area with the propane grills……You can’t ask for anything more. I’m very satisfied. Move here Fast, you won’t be disappointed!"
