"They wouldn't p!ss for you if you were on fire.. I've lived here for over a year and build / fix homes for a living. Even tried to coordinate with them to get some of the things fixed around here. The tile didn't even have grout in it, everything leaks, very poor and overpriced places. Also the corporation tries to scan you as much as they. One time they lost everybody's rant and then just made them pay again. Because they won't give you a receipt every time you pay rent..... I bet they launder money like politicians I only give two stars because the ladies at the office and the actual workers were very nice."

"I have lived her 3 years and it’s been one thing after another. 1st year the apartment above me flooded into my unit. 2nd year here I moved to a new unit and they turned off the water without notice and I had babies I needed to make bottles for. 3rd year they started work on my patio and took a month to finish it leaving wood outside causing unsafe living conditions for all the kids in my house and who lived around me who like to play outside. And today they decided to power wash all the patios without notice leaving my patio a disaster right after I cleaned it up from the disaster they left form fixing the patio."

"Woodchase Apartments and the Sunshine Corporation (owners) are the worst companies I have ever done business with. They wrongfully sued me for rent that I paid 12 hrs after the grace period, knowingly gave my rent check to attorneys so they could sue me and threaten me with eviction and then charge me for going to court in the first place (an extra $600 on top of rent they did not accept)! They could've just charged me a late fee, as stated in the rental agreement. They cancled the inspection after I moved out of the place so I missed work and was unable to verify the validity of the cleaning charges. That's when they REALLY took advantage and charged me to clean carpet in a room that I was never in, claiming that there was a large stain to clean out... How can there be a stain in a room with no foot traffic, no shoes, and only a bed where no one slept? Lies - thats how. I was just about to renew my lease after a solid year of living there, until all of this occurred in the 11th and 12th months of my tenancy. I stayed with them from 3/18 - 3/19 and I'm writing this in August, 2023. Still trying to fix my rental history because of it, too. That's how mad I still am. After a whole pandemic, the rush on White House, Trump getting indicted, and I'm still saying "this company can burn". Do Not Rent Here!"

"I love living here and I can sense that they care about trying to make everything right and maintenance tries to come out in a reasonable amount of time to fix things. I haven't had any trouble with my neighbors or anything else except for issue with gas leak that was fixed in December. I was hesitant to apply here because of bad reviews on here but I'm so glad I did. Reasonable price, great area and I feel safe living here. Edit: I no longer live here but I stand by this review. Should I need to find a place here again I feel I can trust Sunshine and Woodchase."

"I’m posting this to bring some kind of awareness to our front office and the corporation who owns the complex. This is unacceptable. It’s been piling up since Dec. 21st and have been picked up once since. (Posting on Dec. 31st) Seriously, Sunshine Corp, WHY HAVE YOU NOT CALLED SOMEONE TO GET THIS CLEANED UP AND PICKED UP?"
