"Trinity Lakes has been my home for well over 10 years. I recently had to leave the apartment I was in due to remodeling/reconstruction of this community. I loved my 1st location better as it seemed a little more private. However, the new appliances make up for the location. I appreciate the offer they gave me to stay as prices are hiking everywhere. The only downfall while this construction is ongoing is the inability to use the amenities. There should not have been a price hike at all if the residents cannot use the amenities."

"My family & I moved in December 2023. We worked with Aaliyah & hands down she is the best! I have zero complaints about her. She got us into a newly renovated unit, which we LOVE! It’s the perfect space for my little family. The neighborhood is very peaceful & quiet. I will recommend Trinity Lakes to anyone that asks!"

"My family and I moved to Cordova in March 2022. A friend of ours is also a resident and recommended Trinity Lakes. We moved into one of the older units at that time and later transferred into a renovated unit in October 2023. I absolutely loved our renovated apartment, especially the kitchen! We are currently in the process of moving out due to relocating. The entire team made our stay at Trinity Lakes pleasant. Rachel, Desiree, and Aaliyah were always professional, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Susan, thank you for always being so understanding and compassionate. We never had a maintenance issue that wasn't addressed in a timely manner (whenever Ed showed up, the job was handled lol). Our living experience here has been a good one. "when i first discovered this apartment complex in november, they were running a rent special. i was supposed to receive december rent free because i applied three days before thanksgiving on november 20th! i was told by ms aaliyah in the office that my background check would be ready in 3 days and we could move me in the day that comes back and i WOULD be receiving december free. well, that would’ve been thanksgiving so the office was closed and i wasn’t told because i didn’t live here yet. i kept checking in after thanksgiving and was being told that my background check was delayed due to the holiday. (y’all could’ve just said i missed the deadline and i would’ve moved somewhere else). i didn’t receive move in information or my background check until i called the office and the lady was able to send it to me right then. so it seems like it was ready for a while, they just waited until december so i wouldn’t qualify for a free month in december. i didn’t get to move in until december 6th. i was literally living in my car waiting to hear back from these people. i’m behind on finances now because of these lies and unprofessionalism and lack of communication. i would like to receive february free because i’ve also had to pay for january too because of miscommunication and things that were THEIR fault for telling me. i’ve only been here ONE MONTH! i called emergency maintenance cause my heat went out in the middle of the night 3 times within a couple of days and he told me he was “getting dressed and on the way” at 4 am… i just got off a 12 hour shift at 3 am, but i still stayed up and waited, but he never came until the next day at 4 pm. when he walked in he said, “did i catch you asleep again?” like he came the night before, but i was never asleep. i asked him if he came the night before and he said no and apologized. don’t lie to me in my face. that’s the quickest way to get me to turn. ESPECIALLY ABOUT MY HOME or my FINANCES. he could’ve called back and let me know. it was literally below 50 degrees in my apartment at night, but instead, i was late to work the next day because he came so late and i got a write up at work (i’ve been working at that company for 4 YEARS and never got a write up until then). i’m putting this on here because the office just doesn’t reply to me. they answer the phone and say they’ll call me back with an answer to my question, and never do. i’m sick of this place already. if i don’t receive february rent free or my money back for december or january, i’ll be moving out soon. this apartment management is a joke."

"I applied for an apartment for my mother in July 2023. Paid the app and admin fees. I told them that for my mom I needed a lake view with no steps to enter and we were willing to be put on the waitlist for what she wanted. Fast forward to end of Sept 2023, I received a call informing me that the apartment she wanted was available. Oct. 4th was the agreed upon move in date because the apartment wasn't ready yet. I kept asking to view the apartment or even a model apartment that was the same or close to what she would be moving into. (Nothing was available) In my experience, I've always been able to view a model apartment before moving in. I went ahead and prepaid for the apartment(prorated rent & $200 security deposit) (mistake on my behalf and I paid for it!) I wasn't able to view the actual apartment until the day before move in. The apartment still was not move in ready. Once I finally viewed the apartment, I decided against moving my mom in and contacted the office the next day to inform them. They did return the prorated rent amount but kept the security deposit for an apartment that was never moved into nor was the lease signed. Just a heads up for anyone....they keep your security deposit money if you decide against moving in."
