"Probably one of the worst tenant experiences ever door knobs are about to fall off of every door nothing is ever fixed asked about getting lights in the hall way bc we can’t see anything coming in or out at night no heat in the units had to purchase heaters aren’t allowed to have ring doorbells for our own safety. I could go on and on even about moving into the unit. We were rushed on getting the money to the the landlord but wasn’t allowed to move in until 2 months passed the move In date."

"Great place to live, property needs upgrading really bad, but low price for the big space. Also pet friendly. Property manager is a bit of a douche sometimes but all in all, not a bad place to live"

"Great location but the apartments are very old. Before moving in, I was shown a decent apartment, only to be offered on contract signing day another one that didn’t even have a microwave! The appliances in my apartment are 50 years old and my heater is falling apart. When I tell the manager about my issue with the heater, he just sends someone to patch it up so it works for a few days. Thrn it’s back to wearing a jacket while indoors and using blankets even when sitting at the table to eat. I’m moving out at the end of the lease. Be careful to announce the manager one month in advance that you want to move. Otherwise they will renew your contract automatically and force you to pay rent for 12 months!"

"It looks like a cheap place to live and I probably is. The location isn't terrible, though, being right off Poplar which is great if you work in the area. The apartments themselves could probably do with a little touch up. Though, if the rent prices are low, you'll know why."

"Love these apartments I feel so safe coming home. I'm literally right next to holly wood feed. Literally walking distance to everything food, liquor, gas stations! Great apartments and the space in the apartments are amazing. Very friendly and animal friendly place! I love living here"
