"I lived here for 1 year in one unit and 4 years in another. I loved living here until they changed management about a year ago prior to my most recent move out. The new staff egregiously mishandled my move-out info and provided false information in regards to my "notice to vacate." When I confronted them they were extremely rude, demanded additional money to resolve their mistake and accused me of trying to "stay for free" despite their mistake (my rent had been on autopay for the entire 4 years so that statement was wildly uncalled for and nasty). I'd never had this type of experience with the previous property manager, Beth, who was always patient, kind and gracious. Additionally they also did not uphold the agreement set in place in regards to their mistake. I made sure to document the meeting with the property manager in the instance that this occurred and i was unfortunately correct in assuming they would again be unprofessional and dishonest."
