"My move in process was GREAT. The units are beautiful, extremely updated including an alarm and safety gate. Ms.Ebony was so patient and understanding throughout the entire process. She got me in quick and assisted me with NO complaints!"

"I chose this property due the location and safety. It’s close to pretty much everything. They have onsite law enforcement. The leasing agents were always welcoming. Ebony specifically helped me with the process and she was very patient considering I contacted her several times and each time she answered and assisted me with whatever it was I needed answers to."

"I have been living over here for little over two months now. . Started off great but once I start putting in maintenance work orders, nothing was getting done, or maybe should I say ignored. Ms. Ebony and Jordan has been doing an amazing job with helping but they only can do so much. . I have been extremely patient with them but yet no one has come forward to complete the work orders. . I have emailed pictures, called into the offices, as well as stop by but yet nothing has been done. I have emailed the property manager a list of things that need fixing, still waiting. Asked if I can be placed on the pet control list, no one has been to my home for pet control yet. Stair ways is extremely nasty, steps are damage. The paint in my tub has been pilling for weeks; claim they were going to get back with me for a date but I haven’t heard back from anyone, same for the kitchen cabinet. Asked for updated kitchen appliances months again, haven’t gotten an update; my current refrigerator is going out. Back patio door wood is damaged and rotten! The patio needs painting. Post a review on google was my last attempt but Im frustrated and irritated with the process. ."

"My leasing agent Ebony was very kind and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with this younglady. Due to being self employed and working on commission my earnings varies but she worked with me and got me approved. Her manager Carolyn stopped where she was going to show me my new place. It is so important to have a good people working in the office, I am sure I will love it here. My apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks Ebony and Carolyn. Rosalyn"

"They cannot even clean a pool properly. Water is absolutely disgusting. Bugs, hair, and mystery green scum? No thank you. Couldn’t even take my daughter to swim on a beautiful June day. For what I pay in rent this water should be sparklinggggg. I didn’t realize it was so difficult to turn on a filter and dump chemicals in pool. It’s a beautiful complex and it’s a shame they don’t care enough to maintain the place."
