"If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would have done so. These people will treat with complete disregard, do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease with them. They are completely unprofessional, and have no will to communicate with their tenants. When the keys were handed to me at the begging go my lease, there was a huge leak that drained in the kitchen coming from the washing machine upstairs. It took them more than three months to get this fixed, and they were very reluctant to give me a refund. I was told by the local neighborhood people that the townhouses were built on top of very deteriorated buildings for the sake of making money, and this is true. Four months after my lease was over I received a bill for two extra months, even though they owe me the initial deposit still. I have not been able to reach out to them for the last three months, and they do not respond my phone calls or emails. I demand a phone call from their leasing office, not just a response to this public review."

"Office staff is amazing! Great ppl. They offered a gift card to move in before a certain date. It’s been 30 days. I would like my gift card. Why have offer and not have them ready? If Kim is still here after my lease and the other lady sorry can’t think of her name I will renew. Anything I needed fixed thus far has been immediately taken care of."

The property is really nice and the floor plans were spacious. I would recommend these apartments based off of the customer service I reviewed alone! It’s hard to find nice, knowledgeable, or helpful people these days."
